Speaker Coaching

If you want to share your ideas more clearly and confidently on stage, I offer coaching to help you develop your talks and grow your speaking opportunities.

As an international keynote speaker and executive coach, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and subject-matter experts who want to communicate their ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Some speakers come to develop a keynote or workshop. Others want support navigating the business side of speaking. I offer both private coaching and group coaching depending on what stage of the journey you're in.

Speakers Business Group

Speaking is one of the most powerful ways to share your ideas.
Learning how to build opportunities around it expands your impact.

Speakers Business Group is a weekly group coaching space for speakers and business owners who want to grow the business side of speaking.

Some members are professional speakers who want to increase opportunities and raise their fees.

Others are entrepreneurs, consultants, and coaches who want to use speaking to generate clients, partnerships, and new opportunities.

Speakers Business Group focuses on the business of speaking— how you position your work, build relationships, and turn speaking into meaningful opportunities.

Inside the Speakers Business Group, we work on:

• positioning yourself clearly as a speaker
• identifying and pursuing speaking opportunities
• outreach, pitching, and proposal conversations
• clarifying offers, pricing, and next steps
• navigating conversations about your work with confidence
• choosing where to focus your energy
• maintaining momentum and follow-through

The emphasis is on steady progress and practical action.

How It Works

Speakers Business Group meets weekly as a live coaching space on Tuesdays from 12:00–1:00 pm.

Each session includes:

• a short teaching to support clarity and direction
• live coaching, questions, and decision support
• shared learning through hearing what others are navigating in their speaking work

The teaching portion is recorded and shared, creating a growing library of insights you can return to as your speaking work evolves.

Why This Matters

Speaking creates opportunity.

But turning speaking into consistent visibility, meaningful engagements, and real business growth requires strategy, clarity, and momentum.

Speakers Business Group provides a steady rhythm of coaching and conversation so you can continue developing your speaking work while being in the room with others who are doing the same.

Members are actively:

• pursuing speaking opportunities
• expanding their visibility
• developing new talks and offers
• turning speaking engagements into consulting, coaching, and training work

And building speaking into a meaningful part of their professional path.

WHAT SPEAKERS ARE SAYING

The results speak for themselves. Speakers leave the Mastermind with more than a polished talk — they leave with clarity, confidence, and real momentum, including paid opportunities, new partnerships, and the courage to keep showing up.

  • Louise Neil speaking on stage at Amplify conference with large screen in background displaying a bridge and clouds during sunset.

"From behind the scenes to centre stage - this is the power of showing up.”

When I joined the Speakers Mastermind, I didn’t just want to write a talk. I wanted to reclaim a part of myself I had quieted for too long.

Week by week, I shaped my message, found clarity, and built the confidence to share my story out loud — with the kind of coaching and support that helps you rise without losing yourself.

I now speak and write about topics that once felt too personal to share, because I’ve learned that sharing our real stories is what opens the door for others.

If you feel that quiet whisper that your voice matters, listen to it.

  • Denise Harder speaking on stage at Amplify, smiling and laughing, with a backdrop of a sky with clouds and a bridge.

“From the very first night, I was lit up.”

I’ve taken a bazillion courses — some good, many not-so-good. But this was different. After the very first visualization, I felt inspired, focused, and ready to go. I even said out loud, ‘I’ve already gotten my money’s worth.’ And I meant it.

This program didn’t just give me tools. It helped me find my people. I went from feeling scattered to getting clear and intentional about my true message. The visualizations built confidence in a way that felt embodied, not forced.

When I stepped on stage for the final event, I felt prepared and taken care of so I could just show up and shine.

I’ve already told everyone I know: if you’re even thinking about doing this, don’t wait. Do it. You won’t regret it.

“A fantastic investment that paid off on stage.”

I joined the program because I wanted to make speaking engagements part of my business and I needed focus and direction.

The experience was fantastic. I gained practical insight, a solid framework, and real support throughout the process. When it came time for Amplify, everything was handled seamlessly and I felt prepared, polished, and confident on stage.

No matter where you are in your speaking journey, you’ll be glad you joined.

“The mastermind gave me the focus and inspiration to launch my speaking business to heights I could only imagine.”

I wanted to take my speaking and training business to the next level, and this program was exactly what I needed.

I streamlined my topic, fine-tuned my delivery, and left with fresh ideas to strengthen my marketing — plus a community of like-minded professionals who truly get it.

Within weeks of finishing, I booked a $5,000 facilitation gig in Toronto. The clarity and confidence I gained are already paying off.

This isn’t just about learning to speak. It’s about becoming the speaker and business owner you know you can be.

“What started as a whisper turned into a full-body YES.”

When I first heard about the Speakers Mastermind, something stirred — a quiet calling that said this might be for me. I followed it.

From the beginning, I was met with the kind of support that doesn’t just hold you — it expands you.

Amplify was a moment I’ll never forget. Standing on stage and sharing my story reminded me this isn’t just about writing a talk. It’s about becoming the person bold enough to deliver it.

If you feel even the faintest nudge, follow it. Big things happen when you’re in the right room.

From crafting a keynote to preparing for workshops, presentations, or podcasts, I help speakers refine their message, strengthen their delivery, and build the confidence to own the stage.

My clients leave with polished talks, powerful presence, and the courage to be seen and remembered.

  • Jackie Wild, Winnipeg entrepreneur, speaker and restauranteur

“I had no idea what to expect when it came to working with a public speaking and speech writing coach; which is a bit ironic considering it's something I’m very fortunate to have the opportunity to do quite regularly. From the moment we hopped on a call together, the insight Linda was able to share was really eye opening. It allowed me to take a few steps back to unravel the inner workings and details of a very complex story, and understand how to deliver the key messages in a succinct and memorable way. I was able to hone in on the most impactful version of my story in the way I had hoped. Having the opportunity to workshop ideas, and actually go through the speech writing process, helped me gain the confidence to move, motivate and inspire others - more than I ever thought possible. I will tap into Linda’s services again in the future for public speaking opportunities; especially when the topic is something I’m personally and deeply connected to. Linda was an invaluable pillar and resource for me, and I’m appreciative of everything she offered. To be able to work with her is something I’d highly recommend time and time again.”

“Working with Linda helped me to have clarity on the important points of my talk for Creative Mornings - Winnipeg. I have so much to say about my topic and I could have easily used up my allotted time and not arrived at the important details I wanted to mention. I felt confident after my initial meeting with Linda and hashing out all the ideas I had in my head. She is a good listener and was able to reflect on what she was hearing from me and provided solid advice on my next steps in writing, editing and polishing up my talk. I wouldn't have delivered a talk that I feel proud about if it wasn't for Linda's guidance and coaching!”

I’ve had the privilege of working with Linda and being mentored by her as I developed my talks. Her guidance pushed my thinking, sharpened my delivery, and accelerated my growth as a speaker. She’s a true champion for me, and for our whole keynote community, giving us the confidence and support to share our stories. So thankful for the support and friendship.

“Linda's talent for writing is truly remarkable. When I embarked on launching my podcast and needed assistance, she was the obvious choice. I hired her again for her expertise in perfecting my signature talk, and Linda transformed my initial draft into a captivating narrative, enhancing its storytelling and flow beyond my expectations. Now, as I prepare to step onto the stage, I'm filled with excitement and confidence, all thanks to Linda's invaluable contributions. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to elevate their content and delivery.”
